Horse Ride Assistant:
- Get up as early as needed (around 6 AM) and go with the gaucho to get the horses for the day. - Help catch the horses and saddle up for the rides of the day - Go in the rides assisting the gaucho and guides (there is a morning ride from 10 AM to 12 PM and more occasionally an afternoon ride from 3 PM to 5 PM - Unsaddle the horses and take them to their paddock, clean stables, etc helping the riding staff. *even if you are not comfortable riding you will be doing this day in order to learn, if you are really not comfortable riding we might tell you not to come in the morning until you get better at riding (the bringing of the herd can get fast)
General Service Assistant:
- Starts at around 8.30 AM helping with guests welcome coffee and clean up after that.
- Help out for lunch service and clean up.
- Help with closing out the day by taking trash out, feeding food scraps to chickens and dogs, cleaning the kennels, tidying up the shearing shed, etc.
Each of these slots takes about 2 hours in the morning, midday and afternoon.
*THINGS TO CONSIDER *
